REFUNDS POLICY

At Prestige Rottweiler Pups, our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied and that every puppy finds a loving, responsible home. Because we care deeply about the well-being of our puppies, we follow a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy.


1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. This is because once a puppy is reserved, it is taken off our available list and we begin its preparation for adoption and travel.


2. Full Payment Refund Eligibility

A full or partial refund may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The puppy becomes unavailable due to health or other unforeseen circumstances before delivery.

  • The customer cancels within 24 hours of payment, before any travel or vet preparations begin.

  • Health certificate or travel delays caused by our side make delivery impossible.

In such cases, the customer may choose between:

  • A replacement puppy of equal quality and value, or

  • A full refund of the amount paid.


3. Health Guarantee & Replacement Policy

All our puppies come with a comprehensive health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. If, within 72 hours of arrival, your veterinarian finds a serious genetic or life-threatening condition, you must contact us immediately with a written report.

If verified:

  • You may return the puppy for a replacement, or

  • Receive a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Please note: minor, treatable issues such as worms, parasites, or mild infections are common in young puppies and do not qualify for a refund.


4. No Refund After Delivery

Once a puppy has been delivered and accepted by the buyer in good health, no refunds will be issued except as stated in the health guarantee section.

We strongly encourage all buyers to carefully review photos, health records, and ask questions before completing their purchase.


5. Shipping and Return Costs

If a puppy must be returned due to an approved reason, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our error.


6. Cancelled or Missed Deliveries

If the buyer fails to receive the puppy at the agreed time or location, or provides incorrect shipping information, no refund will be issued. We will, however, work with you to reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply).
