At Prestige Rottweiler Pups, the health and well-being of our puppies are our top priority. Every Purebred German Rottweiler puppy we raise receives the highest standard of veterinary care, nutrition, and attention before joining their new family.

This Health Guarantee outlines the protections we provide to ensure that each customer receives a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for puppy.

1. Veterinary Health Check

Before leaving our care, every puppy undergoes a full veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian.
Each puppy is issued a Health Certificate, verifying that it is:

  • Free from contagious diseases and infections.

  • Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming.

  • Physically fit for travel and adoption.

Copies of all veterinary records will be provided to the new owner at the time of delivery.

2. Buyer’s Responsibility

To keep this health guarantee valid, the buyer must:

  • Take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery for a wellness check.

  • Provide proper care, housing, nutrition, and regular veterinary attention.

  • Ensure the puppy is not exposed to contagious conditions or unsafe environments.

Failure to take the puppy for an initial check within the 72-hour window voids this guarantee.

3. Genetic Health Guarantee

Prestige Rottweiler Pups guarantees that every puppy is free from life-threatening genetic disorders (such as hip dysplasia, heart defects, or severe congenital issues) for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

If, within this period, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a hereditary condition that severely affects the puppy’s quality of life:

  • The buyer must provide a written veterinary report and supporting evidence.

  • Upon confirmation, the buyer will be entitled to either:

    • A replacement puppy of equal quality and value, or

    • A credit toward a future purchase, at the breeder’s discretion.

No cash refunds will be issued after the 72-hour initial period.

4. Conditions Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Common, treatable conditions such as worms, coccidia, or mild infections.

  • Allergies, minor hernias, or undescended testicles.

  • Health issues caused by accidents, neglect, poor diet, or improper care after delivery.

  • Any illness related to shipping stress or environmental changes.

5. Return or Replacement Procedure

If a health issue arises that qualifies for replacement:

  • The buyer must notify Prestige Rottweiler Pups immediately.

  • Provide an official diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian.

  • The puppy must be returned (if requested) along with all registration papers and health records.

Prestige Rottweiler Pups reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis through a second veterinary opinion.

6. Lifetime Breeder Support

Even after your guarantee period, our commitment doesn’t end.
We provide lifetime breeder support — offering guidance on training, feeding, and health care to ensure your Rottweiler thrives in its new home.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prestige Rottweiler Pups’ liability under this Health Guarantee is limited solely to the replacement or credit value of the puppy as stated above. We are not responsible for any veterinary bills, travel expenses, or emotional distress incurred.
